Explore Hinduism's most famous scripture, the Bhagavad Gita, in a seminar/workshop with Dr. Akshay Gupta. NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE/READING REQUIRED.

A conversation between Lord Krishna (an incarnation of the Hindu god Vishnu) and Arjuna (a prince and warrior) on the frontlines of the Kurukshetra War, the Gita lays out many of the fundamental principles of Hinduism. Ultimately, the Gita can be studied to understand how Hinduism tells us to live our lives.

This event is part of Philosophy Club's Spring Hinduism Seminar Series and the Equity, Diversity, and Intercultural Programs Office's World Touch Cultural Heritage Series. Dive into one of the world's oldest faiths in a series of seminars with Dr. Akshay Gupta, a noted scholar of religious studies.
