You may not consider yourself a math person or a fantastic public speaker, but a growth mindset argues that these skills are developed over time with practice and commitment. This workshop applies principles of growth mindset to your work as a college student at UMM and can be applied well beyond your time at Morris. Explore what a growth and fixed mindset is and how it connects to student success.
